I’ve had to translate your message, so I apologize in advance for any miscommunication.

Browser preview is not possible for local HTML files exported by Axure 11 beta.

HTML files cannot be previewed through the local browser and cannot be previewed through the start file;

The inline frame component fails in the preview and cannot realize multi-level dynamic panels with click interaction;

If one person in the team accidentally updates the team file, other members will be forced to upgrade to 11, otherwise the team file will become unusable. However, the RP files currently upgraded to 11 cannot be returned to 10, which has already had an impact on our team.

To troubleshoot the local HTML issue, could you write in to support@axure.com with any additional information you’re able to provide, such as the browser you’re using to preview, the OS you’re running (Mac, Windows), and any screenshots of what you see in the browser when trying to view the local HTML.

For the upgrade team project issue, your team can revert the upgrade from RP 10 to RP 11 by going to the History tab for the project on Axure Cloud (app.axure.cloud) and selecting “Revert Upgrade - Return to RP 10”. Here’s what that would look like:

Once you select the Revert option, please note that this will restore the team project to the last published RP 10 check-in and make it compatible with Axure RP 10. All RP 11 check-ins made after the last RP 10 checkin will be removed and the check-in history will be lost.
